Hi Gopher,
Do you have 100% IGT machines? If so WHY? Are you talking about dedicated manufacturer links or in house Paltronics or Mikhon jackpot controllers? I know Mikhon controllers can be done and although haven't tried, Paltronics controllers can do the same. It is not cheap to have a live time feed between sites. (allow $30K-$50K for each site on top of standard linkage costs. Possibly more if the links are already installed). How many sites and machines in each site are you trying to link? Does you jurisdiction allow multi-site jackpot links? Are you linking in with other states? if so, don't even bother unless your company has the time and money to spend going through the process of having it authorised. Another cheaper choice is to communicate turnover on the selected machines for each site daily/weekly and update individual controllers each day/week. Are you running IGT's Advantage management system? Last edited by bobby; 22nd November 2009 at 11:09 AM. |
