Michael Shackleford (aka the Wizard of Odds) sent out his email newsletter this morning and it has a very interesting story about his long running challenge offered to betting system peddlers.

Since 1999 he has offered $20k of his own money against $2k of a challenger's money over a computer simulation of 1 billion - spins, coups or hands.

In mid-October he finally got a taker on Blackjack who also wished to double the stakes - $40k to $4k. The Wizard took the bet and you can find the full story and results @
